A Unique Swiss Winter Experience
Located in beautiful Montreux, overlooking Lac Léman and the snow-covered Swiss Alps, Surval provides the perfect setting for an exciting and enriching winter programme.
Girls join us from around the world to experience a carefully balanced combination of language learning, skiing, cultural discovery, and winter activities, all within a safe and supportive boarding environment.
Students join for between three and ten weeks.

Skiing and Alpine Adventure
Winter Camp at Surval offers girls the opportunity to experience the magic of a Swiss Alpine winter in a safe, international boarding school environment. From skiing in world-famous resorts to exciting snow adventures and cultural experiences, every week is designed to build confidence, independence and lasting friendships while enjoying the very best of Switzerland.
Examples of winter activities and Alpine adventures include:
- Skiing and snowboarding in leading Swiss resorts including Villars, Verbier, Les Diablerets, Glacier 3000 and Portes du Soleil
- Exclusive ski weekends in Zermatt, Crans Montana and Andermatt
- Snowshoeing through beautiful Alpine landscapes
- Husky experiences and winter sledging adventures
- Ice skating, curling and visits to snow parks
- Swiss cultural excursions including Gruyère, the Cailler Chocolate Factory and the Olympic Museum
- Evening activities, in-house events and a full Ski Week with the whole Surval community
- Professional ski fitting, equipment provided, and support for all ability levels
